Lithuania is expanding its artillery capabilities through a new agreement with the United States for additional HIMARS units. Valued at $280 million, the package includes launch systems, various missile types, and support infrastructure. This follows an earlier acquisition program and forms part of a broader modernization effort driven by evolving security dynamics in Europe.
