Northrop Grumman has demonstrated that its Talon IQ test aircraft can switch between different AI autonomy systems while airborne without interrupting the mission. During the trial, the aircraft initially operated with Prism software before handing control to systems from Applied Intuition and Accelint. The demonstration highlights progress in open-architecture autonomy for future military aviation programs.
