Belgium has entered a new phase of military aviation modernization with the delivery of its first Airbus H145M multi-role helicopter. Designed to perform reconnaissance, special operations, search and rescue, medical evacuation, and light combat support missions, the highly versatile platform combines advanced Helionix avionics, digital connectivity, and modular mission equipment to meet evolving operational requirements. The helicopter’s ability to integrate with networked battlefield systems and unmanned platforms provides Belgium with a highly adaptable rotary-wing capability that will strengthen operational readiness and cooperation with NATO partners for years to come.
