International Test Pilot School Canada has ordered Leonardo’s M-346T advanced jet trainers to expand NATO and allied tactical fighter pilot training capabilities. The agreement includes six Block 20 aircraft with options for additional units, supporting training operations at the school’s North Bay facility in Ontario. Equipped with advanced live, virtual, and constructive training systems, the M-346 is designed to prepare pilots for modern fighter aircraft such as the F-35 and Eurofighter Typhoon. The aircraft also offers high maneuverability and advanced simulation integration for realistic combat training environments.
