Lockheed Martin plans to invest more than $150 million over the next five years to expand its missile manufacturing facility in Pike County, Alabama. The investment aims to increase production capacity for several major weapons systems, including the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense interceptor, Javelin anti-tank missiles, Hellfire missiles, and JASSM cruise missiles. The facility already employs more than 800 workers and will create additional jobs while strengthening the regional defense manufacturing workforce.
