L3Harris has delivered the US Coast Guard’s 18th HC-130J, missionized with the advanced Minotaur MSS+ system and tailored surveillance equipment. Assigned to Air Station Sacramento, the aircraft supports the service’s shift from C-27Js to the more capable HC-130J platform. With a range of 4,900 nautical miles and endurance exceeding 20 hours, the fleet strengthens maritime security and rapid response operations. A total of 25 aircraft are planned under the program.
