The F-35 program reached a major milestone in 2025 with Lockheed Martin delivering 191 aircraft, reflecting unprecedented production tempo and sustained global demand. The fleet now supports 12 nations across Europe, the Indo-Pacific, and the Middle East. Major developments included Finland’s first rollout, Belgium’s initial deliveries, and Norway completing its fleet. The $24-billion Lots 18–19 contract marked the program’s largest production agreement to date. With TR-3 software now fielded, the F-35 continues to anchor allied airpower, enabling standardized training, interoperability, and multi-domain operations across NATO and partner forces.
