Israel and Germany have signed a $3.1 billion follow-on contract to expand Germany’s Arrow-3 ballistic missile defense capability. The deal builds on a landmark 2023 agreement and supports increased interceptor availability, system integration, and long-term sustainment as part of the European Sky Shield Initiative.
