Poland agreed to a $3.8 billion upgrade program for its F-16 fleet, converting 48 F-16 C/D Block 52 aircraft to the F-16V Block 72 standard. The deal covers aircraft improvements, radar, comms, reconnaissance, ground infrastructure, and simulators/trainers, with most work in Poland and some testing in the US.
