
The agreement between the Polish defense business WB Electronics and the South Korean Hanwha Aerospace establishes a joint venture to manufacture missiles for Poland’s Chunmoo multiple rocket launch system (MRLS).
According to Breaking Defense, Hanwha owns 51% of the business, while WB Electronics, a division of WB Group, owns the remaining 49%.
The business will concentrate on manufacturing CGR-80 guided missiles for the Homar-K system, which is a Polish version of the K239 Chunmoo MRLS.
