Elbit Systems’ Precise and Universal Launching System (PULS) is emerging as a modern answer to changing artillery warfare. Designed as a modular and network-enabled launcher, PULS can fire multiple rocket and missile types from the same platform, allowing operators to engage targets from short to deep-strike ranges without changing launchers. Compatible munitions include Accular, EXTRA, Predator Hawk, and loitering munitions, giving forces precision strike capability out to 300 km. Its automated fire-control system enables rapid response and shoot-and-scoot tactics, while open architecture supports integration with wider command networks. Nations such as Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, and India have shown interest or moved toward adoption, reflecting growing demand for flexible long-range fires.
