AeroVironment and Taiwan-based Ubiqconn have entered a strategic collaboration to develop a standardized command-and-control ecosystem for Taiwan’s expanding unmanned aircraft inventory. The initiative integrates advanced mission management software with ruggedized controller hardware, enabling operators to manage multiple drone types through a common interface. By reducing training complexity and improving interoperability, the system supports Taiwan’s objective of building a highly coordinated and scalable indigenous drone capability for surveillance, reconnaissance, and defense operations.
