India’s Dynamatic Technologies is developing the Super-Cheel, a medium-altitude long-endurance drone in the 2,000-kg category with projected 30-hour flight time. The aircraft is intended for persistent ISR, maritime surveillance, and potentially strike roles depending on payload integration. It marks a major step beyond the company’s smaller Cheel tactical UAV. Advanced avionics, sensor fusion, radar, and secure communications are expected to be central features. The platform enters a growing domestic market where India seeks dozens of MALE drones, though it will face competition from DRDO and foreign systems.
