The new “Titan 4” edition of AeroVironment’s counter-drone system, which employs radio frequencies (RF) to identify and counter enemy drone activity, has been released. Titan 4 is currently built into a single portable device that is 73% smaller and 17% lighter than its previous dual-chassis iteration. Titan 4 can be configured in under five minutes and is suitable for mobile operations, creating a protective dome around people and essential infrastructure. Compared to its prior iteration, the technology delivers a 250% increase in transmission power at 540 watts of output across six RF bands.
