In a move to boost indigenous defense technology, Colombia has introduced “Dragom,” its first homegrown military drone. Developed by CIAC, the system supports surveillance and strike operations and was showcased at the F-AIR Aeronautical Fair in northern Colombia.
Dragom is capable of 90 minutes of autonomous flight and features high-res imaging, secure satnav, and mission-control software, positioning it as a key asset in Colombia’s aerial defense strategy.
