Rheinmetall has secured a major 1.015-billion-euro contract from the German Armed Forces to supply more than 2,000 military logistics vehicles under a long-term procurement framework. The order includes 8×8, 6×6, and 4×4 tactical trucks from Rheinmetall’s HX vehicle family, designed specifically for military mobility and off-road operations. Deliveries are expected to begin in 2026, with most vehicles arriving within the same year. The procurement forms part of Germany’s broader effort to modernize military logistics and strengthen operational readiness amid growing European security concerns.
