South Korea’s Hanwha Systems has showcased an advanced active protection system aimed at neutralizing anti-armor threats in real time. Displayed at the World Defense Show 2026, the technology is capable of countering RPGs, guided missiles, and even high-velocity kinetic rounds. By intercepting projectiles before they strike a vehicle’s hull, the system is intended to significantly improve crew survivability and armored platform resilience.
