Prague is advancing plans for a large-scale armored vehicle renewal program aimed at replacing 127 aging Pandur II vehicles. The study under military review highlights domestic and European options, including the locally developed Pandur 8×8 EVO. The selected vehicle will equip the 4th Rapid Deployment Brigade, supporting NATO commitments. Initial fielding is expected toward the end of the decade.
