Beretta Defense Technologies, working alongside Italian company DUALEE, has introduced the LIVET remote-controlled weapon station, an innovative counter-drone system featuring eight shotgun barrels mounted on a single automated turret. Equipped with integrated sensors and software, the system can autonomously detect, track, and engage small unmanned aerial vehicles. The design addresses the growing threat posed by low-cost drones and provides military operators with a rapid-response solution capable of neutralizing aerial targets with minimal human intervention.
