L3Harris Technologies has secured new foreign military sales contracts to provide Germany with advanced Falcon tactical radio systems supporting the Bundeswehr’s Digitalization – Land Based Operations (D-LBO) modernization program. The Falcon family includes handheld, manpack, vehicular, airborne radios, and power amplifiers capable of delivering secure multi-band voice and data communications across land, air, and joint-force operations. The systems will also support German special operations forces while strengthening mobile command-and-control capabilities. The procurement reflects Germany’s continued investment in resilient battlefield communications and digital networking. Together with previous contracts supporting allied modernization programs across Europe and North America, the Falcon platform continues to play a central role in enabling secure, interoperable military communications within NATO operations.
