Epirus has won a $43.55-million contract from the US Army to deliver two next-generation IFPC-HPM Gen II systems, designed to neutralize drone swarms using high-power microwave technology. The systems are modular and software-defined, aiming to double range and boost power by 30%. Delivery of the first units is expected by August, with trials scheduled for October.
