KBR has secured a $117-million NAVAIR contract to provide engineering, sustainment, and logistics support for F/A-18 and EA-18G foreign military sales customers, including Australia, Finland, and Switzerland. The five-year effort includes administrative tasks such as program management, financial oversight, lifecycle logistics, and COMSEC support. Work will be performed both in the US and partner nations. The F/A-18 family remains one of the world’s most widely fielded strike aircraft, with over 2,000 units delivered since the 1970s. Fewer than half remain in active service as of 2025 across several allied air forces.
