Windracers has announced an upcoming upgrade to its ULTRA unmanned aircraft that will double its heavy-lift capacity to 200 kilograms while preserving its long-range performance. The dual-use drone, already operating internationally, is optimized for cargo delivery, surveillance, and logistics missions in challenging environments. Its use in Ukraine and Alaska has demonstrated the viability of large unmanned aircraft for resupply and humanitarian support. Powered by conventional fuel and built for durability, the ULTRA is increasingly positioned as an alternative to crewed cargo aircraft for remote and austere operations, with expanded global deployment planned in the near term.
