The Murad 100-A active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar made by the Turkish defense business Baykar was tested in flight using its Akinci long-range combat drone. The Aselsan radar, which is intended for both fire control and surveillance, will be installed on the Turkish military’s F-16s and Akinci planes. The radar, which was tested on the aircraft in 2024, was a crucial part of the F-16 Block 30’s Ozgur upgrade.
