Denmark’s MQ-9B drone procurement is being facilitated through the MQ-9B International Cooperation Support Partnership, managed by the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). The partnership includes Belgium, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Denmark, aiming to foster interoperability and collaborative procurement among member nations. By working through this multinational framework, participants benefit from reduced costs, streamlined logistics, coordinated training, and shared support services. This joint approach helps lower the unit price of the MQ-9B system for each country while also creating an environment for knowledge and operational experience exchange. Denmark’s involvement in this initiative underscores its commitment to collective defense and advanced ISR capability within the NATO framework.
