Baykar and Leonardo, two defense manufacturers, have reached an agreement to work together on the development of unmanned aerial systems (UAS). The Italian and Turkish firms will establish a joint business to design, create, manufacture, and maintain UAS in accordance with the agreement in order to satisfy the anticipated increase in demand in Europe, which is expected to reach $100 billion over the next ten years.
