Two Baltic defense firms have joined forces to back Europe’s drone defense wall, creating a combined package that merges a mobile counter-drone system with an AI-enabled interceptor. The shield platform integrates radar, radio frequency monitoring, and electro-optical cameras to identify drones, then applies electronic disruption or live effectors to stop them. Having proven itself in active operations, the system delivers flexible protection against multiple aerial threats. Complementing this, the interceptor is a man-portable drone designed for rapid launch. Using onboard artificial intelligence, computer vision, and high-explosive precision, it can disable enemy drones through direct collision or controlled fragmentation. A unique feature is the operator’s continued authority, with options to cancel missions or activate self-destruction for safety. Lightweight and toolless in assembly, the interceptor can be flight-ready within minutes, allowing quick deployment under field conditions. Together, the partnership offers end-users a fully integrated response against both simple and advanced aerial intrusions. This collaboration not only strengthens European border defenses but also demonstrates how regional startups are shaping future drone warfare countermeasures.
