The Kosovo government will invest over €1 billion to advance defense self-sufficiency, funding indigenous drone projects, ammunition facilities, and joint activities with Albania. The plan also calls for expanding the Security Force with new recruits and female cadets, plus a volunteer reserve program to strengthen national readiness.
