To identify, monitor, and neutralize threats, Lockheed Martin has unveiled a scalable, multi-layered counter-unmanned aerial system (C-UAS). The system’s ability to counter small UAVs, either alone or in swarm scenarios, was successfully demonstrated by the business in collaboration with unnamed partners. The system is dependent upon a network of sensors that can identify a large number of low-flying, tiny drones. These sensors send data to a command and control system that categorizes hazards, chooses the best countermeasures, and handles several interactions at once.
