The Indian Army has signed a 29.3-billion-rupee contract with Nibe for a long-range multiple rocket launcher based on Elbit Systems’ PULS platform. Capable of striking targets up to 300 kilometers away, the system will be produced domestically under a technology transfer agreement, marking India’s first internationally sourced MRL manufactured at home. The acquisition significantly enhances India’s deep-strike capability and supports New Delhi’s goal of becoming a regional supplier of advanced rocket artillery.
