The third of Australia’s four MQ-4C Triton drones has finished testing at Northrop Grumman’s California facility, bringing the delivery process one step closer to completion. The unmanned aircraft will be moved to Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland, to undergo calibration testing alongside the second MQ-4C. After testing is finished, the drones are anticipated to be delivered to the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) later this year and stationed at RAAF Base Tindal.
