Poland is massively increasing its 155mm artillery shell production from 30,000 to 180,000 per year by 2027. The shells are NATO’s standard size, widely used by Ukraine and its allies. Funded by state investments, the plan ensures Poland won’t depend on foreign supply and can support NATO partners during the war in Ukraine.
