
Turkey has committed to exporting 48 of its fifth-generation Kaan fighter jets to Indonesia, in a deal valued at $10 billion, President Erdogan stated.
Developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries, the Kaan completed its first flight in February 2024 and is expected to transition from F-16 engines to locally built ones as the program advances.
