In order to increase the survivability of the US Army’s Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), Integris Composites and QinetiQ US will collaborate. The defense manufacturers will create armor systems, with Integris utilizing its expertise to supply military armor to improve the future medium-lift tilt-rotor aircraft’s durability, speed, range, and payload capabilities. QinetiQ, on the other hand, is anticipated to offer the systems engineering and integration skills for the materials technology utilized in the advanced rotorcraft’s floor and wing.
