As part of a foreign military sale from 2022, the US has delivered the first batch of M1A2 Abrams main battle tanks to Poland. The package, which arrived in Gdynia, included 28 vehicles equipped with the most recent System Enhanced Package 3 configuration, which aligns the tanks’ armor, firepower, and mobility with modern warfare requirements. Following the delivery, the tanks will be moved to a facility in Pozna? for inspection before being distributed throughout the military.
