The Brazilian manufacturer stated that the military user is the sixth operator of the Super Tucano in the African region as a result of the purchase. The four A-29 Super Tucano light attack and trainer aircraft will be used for “a wide spectrum” of missions for an African client, including intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance across the country’s territory, close air support, advanced flight training, and counterinsurgency.
