The agreement, worth 2.1 billion kroner ($306 million), gives Denmark Kongsberg’s Naval Strike Missile (NSM) and associated gear. The missiles will be installed on Denmark’s Iver Huitfeldt-class frigates to improve the Royal Danish Navy’s combat capabilities. The purchase will take the place of the Scandinavian nation’s Harpoon missiles, which were previously given to Ukraine.
