Singapore has dropped plans to set up an F-15 training unit in Guam after both countries agreed it wasn’t the best option. The US cited environment concerns, while Singapore said its training needs had changed. Instead, Singapore will continue short rotations in Guam while growing training bases in the US, Australia, and France.
