The Polish Air Force’s first group of pilots trained for the multirole combat plane, the F-35A Lightning II. The pilots finished all of their theoretical and simulator exercises before graduating from their practical training at the Ebbing Air National Guard Base in Arkansas. Three months after receiving initial guidance from the US 33rd Fighter Wing at the Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, all of the airmen began their practical training in January. The Polish pilots are the first foreign soldiers to receive training at the air force installation.
