Germany has awarded Top Aces a long-term contract valued at up to €420 million to deliver comprehensive adversary and joint-force training over the next decade. The program will employ modernized A-4N Skyhawks and Alpha Jets equipped with advanced sensors and the Advanced Aggressor Mission System. The AAMS enables realistic replication of contemporary air threats through electronic warfare simulation, datalinks, and weapons emulation. By outsourcing aggressor training, Germany aims to reduce wear on frontline aircraft while maintaining high-fidelity training. The Skyhawk and Alpha Jet fleets will support missions ranging from air-to-air combat and anti-shipping operations to electronic warfare and multinational exercises, enhancing overall readiness across air and naval forces.
