Bell Textron has awarded GE Aerospace a subcontract for the design, development, and delivery of avionics systems for the US Army’s Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program. After Bell received Milestone B approval in August 2024, the program moved into the engineering and manufacturing development stage. GE Aerospace will create a digital backbone for the future attack helicopter under the subcontract, integrating Time-Sensitive Networking for secure, high-speed data transmission.
