Rheinmetall has a contract with Embraer to provide flight simulators for the C-390 transport aircraft in order to educate ground staff and airmen from the Royal Netherlands Air Force. With delivery slated for the end of next year, the deal includes a Cargo Handling Station Trainer (CHST) and a Full Flight and Mission Simulator (FFMS). The order’s precise value is unknown, but it is thought to be in the double-digit million euro range.
