Persistent Systems has been awarded $29 million in contracts to supply multiple Baltic Sea nations with coastline monitoring network systems. As part of the project, the firm will provide its Wave Relay MANET network system, which will enable real-time communication and data sharing to improve coordination and threat response among participating nations. The system will connect ships, planes, ground forces, coastal security units, and mobile operations centers throughout 2,500 miles (4,023 kilometers) of the Baltic Sea coastline.
