Thales has been awarded a contract by the French defense procurement organization to provide hybrid networking kits for French Army vehicles. The modular kits allow access to high-speed commercial communication services like OneWeb and 5G, enabling connection in a variety of strategic scenarios. They support other connectivity systems under the ASTRIDE 3 program, including digital wireless services, tactical software-defined radios, high-capacity line-of-sight communications, and the most recent generation of satellite terminals.
