Unveiled at the 2023 Paris Air Show, the AAROK drone from Turgis Gaillard is France’s first fully developed Medium Altitude, Long Endurance (MALE) drone. Designed to perform intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions in high-threat environments, the drone is also optimized for maritime patrol operations.
To fulfill these mission objectives, the drone is equipped with Thales’s AirMaster S radar, known for its high operational effectiveness, proven in both export deployments and French missions, particularly aboard the ATL2 maritime patrol aircraft. The radar’s adaptability for MALE drone integration further solidified its selection.
