The Swedish Armed Forces have ordered 100 medical 4×4 vehicles under a 2023 framework for light tactical mobility.
Iveco Defence Vehicles will handle production, marking the second phase of a 3,000-unit rollout in 12 mission-specific formats based on the MUV.
The first order included 400 vehicles: 200 general-purpose, 100 for troop transport, and 100 medical variants.
Current work will conclude in 2027, with an optional five-year extension attached to the agreement.
The order includes full sustainment and support equipment to maintain fleet readiness.
