Seoul has unveiled a phased upgrade for the KF-21 Boramae, investing nearly half a billion dollars into stealth features such as weapons bay integration and advanced sensors. Earlier phases include a local jet engine and expanded strike roles. The aircraft’s full development is expected by the early 2030s.
