BAE Systems Hägglunds, the original equipment manufacturer of the Combat Vehicle 90 (CV90) infantry fighting vehicle, has awarded Saab a 700-million Swedish kronor ($63 million) contract to supply the Universal Tank and Anti-Aircraft System (UTAAS) sighting and fire control system for the CV90. The UTAAS was created exclusively for the Combat Vehicle 90, and as a result, Saab and BAE Systems Hägglunds have a long and solid partnership.
