Saab and CAE have formalized a partnership to deliver advanced training solutions for the GlobalEye AEW&C aircraft, marking a major expansion of their global simulation cooperation. The agreement, signed during the Swedish Royal Visit to Canada, designates CAE as Saab’s preferred global training and simulation partner and includes a dedicated Canadian program tailored to the nation’s AEW&C needs. The collaboration combines Saab’s expertise in airborne surveillance and mission-system integration with CAE’s established capabilities in pilot and mission training. CAE will develop simulators, mission-support platforms, and digitally integrated training environments covering pilots, mission crews, and sustainment personnel. Training delivery will leverage CAE’s global network of centers to ensure continuous support and readiness for operators of the GlobalEye platform internationally.
