Iveco Defence Vehicles has secured a contract to supply Romania with a third batch of 860 tactical military trucks. The order is part of a framework agreement signed in 2019 for the delivery of 2,900 vehicles to the Romanian Armed Forces. The vehicles will be delivered over the next three years and include several logistics configurations such as cargo carriers, troop transporters, recovery vehicles, and command platforms. Approximately one-third of the fleet will feature armored cabs for improved protection during operations.
